Led UX across five Manitoba eLicensing portals — Public Payments, Call Center, Finance, Enforcement, and District Office — extending the existing design standards with the components they needed and giving design feedback to other portal designers.
Public Payments
Reduced duplicate accounts by designing a checkout that remembers returning users and matches delivery and personal details to their existing account, saving any new information to the profile instead of creating a new one.
Enforcement
Mapped the conservation officer journey to define the MVP, prioritizing field notes that officers capture offline and sync once back at their desk.
District Office & Call Center
Made errors and support expectations clear for District Office and Call Center staff, including how much time they have to correct a mistake before escalating.
